{"id":2124,"date":"2023-11-27T20:44:22","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T19:44:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.is0pgf.it\/?page_id=2124"},"modified":"2023-12-10T22:40:44","modified_gmt":"2023-12-10T21:40:44","slug":"psu-nissei-ms-450a","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.is0pgf.it\/?page_id=2124","title":{"rendered":"Nissei MS-450A Repair"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"2124\" class=\"elementor elementor-2124\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-0ad5ad8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"0ad5ad8\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3b520fb\" data-id=\"3b520fb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e126d50 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e126d50\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Riparazione alimentatore Nissei MS-450A che all&#8217;accensione<span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0f\u00e0 scattare l&#8217;interruttore magnetotermico dell&#8217;mpianto elettrico da 25Amper e saltuariamente anche il differenziale a seguito di temporale con fulmini nelle vicinanze della casa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">L&#8217;alimentatore si trovava spento ma collegato attraverso la spina inserita nella presa 230Volt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Il temporale \u00e8 avvenuto intorno alle 2 della notte e purtroppo non ero a casa, di solito stacco tutti i cavi di alimentazione e i cavi delle antenne.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Ho trovato in perdita e abbastanza distanti dal valore dichiarato\u00a0 i condensatori che formano il filtro di rete (Condensatori verdi e blu 2,3,4,5),\u00a0 Tutti sostituiti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Verificato l&#8217;interruttore originale aprendolo per vedere lo stato di salute dei contatti, ho poi deciso di sostituiorlo con uno pi\u00f9 grande da 16A sempre bipolare il quale mi ha costretto a modificare le dimensioni del foro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Il ponte di diodi originale (10A) era montato su alettina di reffreddamento in alluminio, ho smontato il tutto e sostituito con un 35A che ho fissato sul pannello posteriore con una vite e dadino prolungando i fili blu (VAC) e rosso e nero (+ e -), nella foto del circuito stampato ho riportato le saldature dei fili bordate di rosso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Attualmente \u00e8 stato testato con Icom IC7300 e IC7610 e dopo diversi giorni di funzionamento con oltre 30ore di accensione e utilizzo non ha presentato nessun problema. Purtroppo non sono in possesso dello schema elettrico.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
